Dying Wish are an American metalcore band from Portland, Oregon, active since 2016 (originally as Trust Issues). The lineup centers on vocalist Emma Boster alongside guitarists Sam Reynolds and Pedro Carrillo, bassist Jon Mackey, and drummer Jeff Yambra. Signed to SharpTone Records, they have released three full-lengths - Fragments of a Bitter Memory (2021), Symptoms of Survival (2023), and Flesh Stays Together (2025) - building from Portland underground roots to a prominent position in the global metalcore scene through relentless touring.
Dying Wish announced a summer headlining tour of the USA in 2026 starting July 13 in Louisville and including performances at Rock Fest, Inkcarceration, and Vans Warped Tour festivals.
Dying Wish ended the year with the second edition of the Dying Wishmas event at Portland's Roseland Theater, where they were introduced by Santa Claus.
The third album Flesh Stays Together (September 26, 2025) was released on SharpTone Records, produced by Willem Putney.
Dying Wish started the year as the opening band for Spiritbox on their Tsunami Sea tour.
In October 2024, Dying Wish conducted a joint headlining tour of the USA with the band Pain of Truth.
