Dudácká muzika Praštěnka

About

Dudácká muzika Praštěnka is a Prague-based folk ensemble founded in 2010 to accompany the dancers of the Laskavec folklore group. It became independent in 2013 and settled into a lineup of eight musicians playing the traditional combination of violin, clarinet, bagpipes and bass. Widely described as Prague's only bagpipe band, the group draws its repertoire mainly from the Chod region and South Bohemia.
