Dub FX is an Australian musician and street performer born Benjamin Stanford on 11 June 1983 in Melbourne. He built his reputation by pioneering viral live-looping videos on YouTube, layering voice, beatbox and effects pedals into complete tracks in real time - entirely solo, without a backing band. He operates fully independently through his own Convoyunltd label, and in 2025 launched a new imprint, 3rd-Eye-Q, together with his wife Sahida Apsara.
Dub FX and saxophonist Woodnote released a joint album Open Secret Society (August 20, 2025) on the new independent label 3rd-Eye-Q.
