Divadlo Pod věží Štramberk

About

Divadlo Pod věží is an amateur theatre ensemble from Štramberk in the Czech Republic, with roots going back to 1893 when a dramatic section was established within the local Katolická jednota association. Operating under its current name since 1990, the company performs both on the open-air stage of a natural amphitheatre beneath the town's Old Tower and in the local cultural centre. It has three closely linked sections - adult drama, children's theatre and dance - and tours surrounding villages regularly.
