Condurango

About

Condurango is a Czech band founded in the early 1980s at Prague's DAMU theatre academy by actress Bára Hrzánová and Pavel Anděl. Their music blends chanson, Latin-American rhythms and Czech folk in a style that defies easy categorisation. Most songs are written by Hrzánová and Ivo Novák, with lyrics also drawn from poets such as Lorca, Morgenstern and Otokar Březina.
