Bob Dylan is an American singer-songwriter, poet and musician, one of the most influential figures in 20th-century popular music. He rose to fame as an icon of the 1960s folk and rock movements, with songs such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'" becoming anthems of a generation. In 2016 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.
