Black Label Society is an American heavy metal band founded in Los Angeles in 1998 by guitarist and vocalist Zakk Wylde. The group built its reputation on crushing riffs, blues-soaked grooves and emotionally raw ballads, releasing twelve studio albums over more than 25 years. Wylde is equally celebrated for his near-four-decade run as Ozzy Osbourne's lead guitarist.
On March 27, 2026, Black Label Society released their twelfth studio album Engines of Demolition on the MNRK Heavy label.
A music video was released for the album's closing track Ozzy's Song, a personal tribute by Zakk Wylda to the late Ozzy Osbourne.
The band announced a European tour (UK/EU Tour 2026) starting on May 28 in Glasgow and continuing through London, Munich, Budapest, Paris, Berlin and other cities until August 14 in Leipzig.
In November 2025, the band announced a North American tour with 33 dates - the first since 2021 - supported by the projects Zakk Sabbath and Dark Chapel.
In September 2024, the band released the single The Gallows, the first preview of the upcoming album Engines of Demolition.
