Biohazard are a hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 1987. They were among the first acts to fuse hardcore punk, heavy metal and hip-hop - years before rap metal entered the mainstream. Their breakthrough record Urban Discipline (1992) sold over a million copies, and in 2025 the classic four-piece lineup returned with their tenth studio album, Divided We Fall, their first new record in 13 years.
Biohazard released on October 17, 2025 their tenth studio album Divided We Fall - the first new album in 13 years, produced by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed, Deftones).
The North American Divided We Fall Tour with support from Onyx took place in October and November 2025; some dates were rescheduled after cancellation by promoters.
In July 2025 the band announced the album Divided We Fall and released the single "F**k the System".
In February and March 2025 Biohazard conducted a joint European tour with Life of Agony - 24 cities in 10 countries.
The classic lineup of Graziadei, Hambel, Schuler and Seinfeld performed live for the first time on May 26, 2023 at Milwaukee Metal Fest.
