Bella Adamova is a Czech mezzo-soprano born in Grozny, Chechnya, who grew up in Prague and studied in London, Cologne, Hanover, and Basel. She moves freely between song recitals, oratorio, and opera, with a repertoire spanning baroque to contemporary music. In 2022 she won the main prize in the oratorio category at the International Vocal Competition in 's-Hertogenbosch, and also took top honours at the International Robert Schumann Competition. In the 2025/26 season she is artist-in-residence with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.
