Bára Fialová (born Barbora Fialová, 1992, Prague) is a Czech singer and musical theatre actress. She trained in classical voice with Naděžda Šormová before graduating from the Prague Conservatory in 2019 with a focus on popular singing. Since 2018 she has performed at the Hudební divadlo Karlín in productions including Sister Act, Elizabeth and The Addams Family, and is also a member of the pop-folk band Napořád, which released its debut album Láska je nejvíc in 2021.
Barbora Fialová is cast as the understudy for the role of Adriana/Sandra in the new production of the musical Dracula at the Karlín Music Theatre, whose premiere is scheduled for 18 November 2026.
In September 2025, Barbora Fialová returned to the stage of GOJA Music Hall in the renewed production of the musical Ball of Vampires, where she is featured in the ensemble.
The band Napořád, of which Barbora Fialová is a member, released their debut album Láska je nejvíc on 12 October 2021 on all streaming services.
