Azadeh Kangarani is an Iranian theatre director, performer and dramaturg. She studied dramaturgy in Iran, then moved to Prague, where she studied film and theatre directing and taught at the Institute of Iranian Studies at Charles University. Her work draws on personal experience to explore identity, migration and gender.
