About the venue

Zoo Olomouc, open since 1956, is one of the oldest zoos in the Czech Republic. It sits on the hillside of Svatý Kopeček, northeast of the city centre, and is home to more than 300 animal species. The zoo runs regular educational programmes for schools and the general public.
