About the venue

The baroque château in Žďár nad Sázavou was created by rebuilding a former Cistercian monastery in the second half of the 17th century. Today it houses a museum, galleries and spaces for cultural events. The estate also includes the famous pilgrimage Chapel of St John of Nepomuk on Zelená hora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
