About the venue

Poděbrady Château is a Renaissance castle on the banks of the Elbe river, rebuilt from a medieval fortress. It is closely associated with George of Poděbrady, the 15th-century Czech king who was born here. Today it serves as a cultural centre hosting exhibitions, concerts and social events.
