Křtiny Chateau is a former Premonstratensian residence from the mid-17th century, listed as a national cultural monument since 2008. It stands right next to the pilgrimage Church of the Virgin Mary, designed by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel. Today it belongs to Mendel University in Brno and operates as a hotel, restaurant and congress centre. Conferences, seminars, concerts and balls are held here throughout the year, and the chateau is surrounded by a three-hectare park.
