Nobility on the Move – New Exhibition at Telč State Castle
A new exhibition at Telč State Castle explores the travels of noble families. The show runs from April to October in the castle's Renaissance halls and residential rooms.
Státní zámek Telč is a Renaissance château listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rising above the historic square of this South Moravian town. A Gothic fortress on the site was rebuilt in the second half of the 16th century by Italian craftsmen, giving it the arcaded courtyard that defines its silhouette today. The château opens as a museum with richly furnished interiors and hosts concerts and cultural events during the summer season.
