Durch Duo – Roste
An exhibition of textile art by Anežka Podzemská and Dana Elsterová that explores the principle of growth and interweaving of different creative aspects through tapestries and spatial installations.
Spolkový dům Slavonice is a community and educational centre in the historic core of the Renaissance town of Slavonice. The building was erected in 1932 as the Deutsches Haus and, after years of neglect, underwent an extensive renovation between 2007 and 2013 to become a low-energy environmental centre. It hosts exhibitions, concerts, theatre performances, workshops, and educational programmes focused on ecology and the history of the Czech-Austrian borderland. The venue also houses a café, a visitor centre, and facilities for artists' residencies.
