About the venue

Regionální muzeum v Chrudimi is one of the oldest museums in Bohemia, founded in 1880. It occupies a baroque townhouse on the main square and holds extensive collections covering the history, archaeology and folk culture of the East Bohemian region. The museum is also well known for its puppetry exhibition - Chrudim has a long-standing tradition in this art form.
