Open Wine Cellars Day in Pavlov - Autumn Edition - 28 November 2026
The traditional Open Wine Cellars Day in Pavlov welcomes wine enthusiasts to visit local wine cellars and taste wines from the Pavlov region.
Pavlov is one of the oldest winemaking villages in Moravia - as early as 1444 it was the largest wine-producing settlement of the Mikulov estate. The historic cellars with baroque gables along Česká Street form a protected village heritage reserve. The municipal wine shop, set in two vaulted rooms beneath the town hall, offers tastings from fifteen local producers. From mid-June to early September, winemakers take turns opening their cellars to visitors every Friday afternoon through Sunday.
Opening hours follow the event programme

Night Open Wine Cellars in Pavlov offer wine tasting with purchase vouchers included. The 1,000 CZK entry fee covers admission, a wine glass, and free tastings at all participating cellars.

A summer season of open wine cellars in Pavlov runs from mid-June through early September, with cellars accessible every weekend.
