The Park by Baťa's Villa is a garden estate surrounding the historic villa of Tomáš Baťa in the Čepkov district of Zlín. The villa was built in 1909–1911 to a design by architect Jan Kotěra, with the garden laid out by landscape architect František Thomayer. The park serves as an open-air venue for festivals, the UTB student Majáles and other outdoor events. Since 1998 the villa has been the seat of the Tomáš Baťa Foundation.
