About the venue

Klicperovo divadlo is one of the leading repertory theatres in Bohemia outside Prague. It is named after the playwright Václav Kliment Klicpera, who was born in this region. The theatre stages drama, fairy-tale productions and visiting companies, and has long been the main cultural stage of Hradec Králové.
