About the venue

Sázava Monastery is a medieval Benedictine monastery founded in the 11th century by St. Procopius. It is one of the most important Romanesque-Gothic monuments in Bohemia and is associated with the tradition of Slavonic liturgy. Today it serves as a museum and hosts cultural events, concerts, and historical festivals.
