About the venue

Kavárna Slavia, sitting on the embankment opposite the National Theatre, is one of Prague's oldest cafés, open since 1884. Its Art Nouveau interior with views over the Vltava and Hradčany has long drawn writers, painters and theatre people. Today it operates as a café and occasional cultural venue.
