František Kříž: Momentalis Realis
An exhibition of František Kříž's works at the Holandský dům Gallery. The project explores reality and the moment in his artistic practice.
A small gallery run by the Beroun Municipal Cultural Centre, located on the ground floor of a building in Holandská Street. The house was built around the turn of the millennium by the Dutch company Bouwfonds as part of a new residential quarter and donated to the city. The gallery opened in November 2002, shortly after the devastating flood that swept through Beroun in August of that year. Its intimate scale makes it well suited to photography exhibitions, and since 2015 it has collaborated regularly with the Scheufler Collection.
