The exhibition presents paintings, woodcuts, mosaics and musical instruments by František Kříž, a native of South Bohemia who has devoted himself to painting (oil painting) since the age of 28.

He has applied his craft skills as a mason and tiler to other disciplines as well - woodcarving, mosaic work, mural painting and decorative furniture.

About the venue: Holandský dům Gallery

A small gallery run by the Beroun Municipal Cultural Centre, located on the ground floor of a building in Holandská Street. The house was built around the turn of the millennium by the Dutch company Bouwfonds as part of a new residential quarter and donated to the city. The gallery opened in November 2002, shortly after the devastating flood that swept through Beroun in August of that year. Its intimate scale makes it well suited to photography exhibitions, and since 2015 it has collaborated regularly with the Scheufler Collection.
