About the venue

The Ethnographic Institute of the Moravian Museum in Brno focuses on the folk culture of Moravia and Silesia. It holds extensive collections of traditional costumes, folk art and craft tools, and organises both permanent and temporary exhibitions. Educational programmes for schools and the general public are a regular part of its activity.
