It opened in September 2016 and offers 361 parking spaces, including spots for LPG/CNG vehicles on the roof. The building stands next to the historic New Town Hall complex and the Moravian Gallery. The 8th floor features a rentable event and gallery space with panoramic views of the city and an outdoor terrace.
