Tour of Motejl Villa
Tour of a 1932 functionalist villa built for a textile factory co-owner. The house retains its original character and offers insight into Humpolec's architectural heritage.
Humpolec
The Humpolec–Brunka complex is a former industrial site approximately 2.5 km northwest of Humpolec, 4 km from the D1 motorway. A textile factory has stood here since 1825, making it one of the pioneers of Humpolec's wool-cloth industry. Today the premises are used for warehouse rental, trade fairs, corporate events, and accommodation. The adjacent functionalist Motejl Villa, built in 1932, is also part of the site.
