8smička is an art zone in Humpolec, housed in a former textile factory that produced broadcloth from the late 19th century. Reconstructed in 2016-2018, it opened in April 2018 and has since staged three exhibitions of modern and contemporary Czech art each year. The three-storey building holds exhibition spaces, a permanent collection display, a bookshop, a café, and programmes for schools and families. Admission to the exhibitions is a token 8 CZK.
