In the house of Líba (Eva Holubová) and Arnošt (Jaroslav Dušek), preparations for a christening are in full swing, which is supposed to take place exactly according to Líba's detailed plan – including the choice of the child's name. However, nothing goes as expected: daughter-in-law Simona (Simona Babčáková) secretly chooses a different name, Arnošt gets entangled in a "detective" search for lost keys and an alleged theft, while Karel (Matěj Hádek) and his friend Richard (Jaroslav Plesl) deal with misunderstandings in the jeweler's shop. The chaos is multiplied further by a confused saleswoman Vlastička (Anna Polívková), who has lost her memory. As the day of the christening approaches, secrets come to the surface, identities become clear, and family relationships undergo a severe test.
