Tomáš Měcháček (born 22 February 1979 in Ústí nad Labem) is a Czech actor, stand-up comedian, TV host and theatre director. He trained in alternative and puppet theatre at DAMU in Prague, then spent a decade touring internationally with the NIE theatre company. He is best known for his role as projectionist Petr in the wartime drama Protektor (2009), the TV series Gympl s (r)učením omezeným, and a long-running Air Bank advertising campaign.
In March 2026, Měcháček appeared in the comedy Birthday Wish: Christening (directed by Marta Ferencová), where he took on the role of Petr after Igor Orozovich.
In October 2025, the crime thriller Creatures was released in cinemas, in which Měcháček played the role of Dalibor Čermák alongside Kristýna Ryška and Kryštof Hádek.
In 2025, Měcháček also appeared in the comedy Tom is in It.
