Welcome to a world where nothing is impossible. An extraordinary animated fairy tale takes place in a small seaside town, where the son of a sailor, five-year-old Sosuke, lives a peaceful life in a house on a cliff with his mother Lisa. One fateful day, Sosuke discovers a beautiful golden fish named Ponyo trapped in a bottle on the beach. However, as it turns out, Ponyo is not an ordinary goldfish, but the daughter of a powerful underwater sorcerer. Ponyo uses her father's magic and transforms into a young girl so she can be with Sosuke. The sea levels begin to rise dangerously due to the magic, and Ponyo's father sends powerful ocean waves to find his daughter. Ponyo and Sosuke must embark on a great adventure to save the world and fulfill Ponyo's dream of becoming a real human.
