Tasting Evening with Michal Zeman

ČESTR Event Bar invites you to a tasting evening with Michal Zeman, head chef of Morávek Catering and former head chef of Grill Duran restaurant in Hradec Králové. The evening takes place on Friday, September 25, 2026 from 6:00 PM in collaboration with Tomáš Kyba, head chef of Morávek Catering.

Michal Zeman will prepare a six-course tasting menu:
- Snack bar
- Grilled pointed cabbage, beans, bacon sauce, bread
- Trout, beetroot, horseradish, smoked foam
- Pressed pork head, carrot, peas, jus
- Sea buckthorn sorbet
- Choux, plum jam, curd cheese, poppy seed
- Petit Four
