Kateřina Surmanová and Petra Klabouchová - #potkejautora

Two beloved Czech authors return for a joint event. Since their last meeting, both have published new novels. Kateřina Surmanová, known for her mystery thrillers "Whisper from the Forest", "The Wind Rises", "Three Axes" and "Blind Paths", will present "Revelation". This time she takes readers to the Slavkov Forest, where the mysterious death of a German businessman uncovers old crimes, post-war wrongs and family secrets.

Petra Klabouchová builds on her previous works "Sources of the Vltava", "At the Northern Wall", "Ignis Fatuus" and "The Spirit of Pankrác" with her novel "Vona". She returns to the Šumava region and an almost forgotten tragedy that became one of the greatest natural and human disasters in the area.

The conversation will focus not only on the new books but also on the real events hidden behind their stories and the boundary between history and fiction.
