IDLES
Forum Karlín, Prague
IDLES announce their return to Czechia following a stormy performance at Rock for People 2025. They will prove to the audience on 7 July 2026 at Forum Karlín that they are angrier, more urgent, and braver than ever – this will be their biggest headlining concert in the Czech Republic and their seventh performance in the country overall. The band emerged from the dark corners of the British port city of Bristol to scream their fear, anger, and anxieties about the world on the ruins of the city's dying indie scene. Musically, they operate at the intersection of rock and punk – combining the fury of post-punk and punk rock with moody instrumental assault that matches the determined tone of their lyrics. With two albums topping the British charts, including TANGK (2024), they have climbed from underground darlings to a globally recognized band with several Grammy nominations. They are also making their mark on film: they created the original soundtrack to Caught Stealing (2025) by Oscar-nominated director Darren Aronofsky. Enola Gay will perform as the support act. The concert is organized by RFP Concerts (Ameba Production).
