A photography exhibition by Antonín Gerža dedicated to Czech photographer Prof. Jindřich Štreit on the occasion of his 80th birthday this year. The opening reception takes place on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 5 p.m.

About the venue: Koncertní síň MKZ Uničov

The concert hall U Minoritů was created by converting the Gothic church of a former Minorite monastery founded in Uničov at the end of the 14th century. Emperor Ferdinand V donated the church to the town in 1844; it was closed after World War II and reconstructed into a concert hall during the 1970s, opening formally in 1983. The space also houses a gallery with an exhibition on the history of the Minorite order. Renowned chamber music performers appear here regularly, alongside exhibitions and other cultural events.
