Petr Tomeček / Classics for Millions

Petr Tomeček / Classics for Millions is a musical project that brings together compositions from world classical music with modern arrangements. The performance takes place in the multifunctional hall GONG in Ostrava.

The evening's central instrument is the pan flute performed by Petr Tomeček. The programme features iconic works such as Bach's Air, Gounod's Ave Maria, Beethoven's Pathétique Sonata, and the aria from Rusalka "Moon in the Deep Sky" - melodies from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods in new arrangements. The performance includes light scenes and visual projections.
