The fifteenth edition of the Punkáči deťom festival takes place 27-29 August 2026 at a campsite on the lakes in Opatovce near Trenčín.

Punkáči deťom is a music and community summer festival with a charitable mission - a portion of ticket sales goes each year to help children in need through the Punkáči deťom organization. The festival's core themes are inclusion and solidarity across different social groups, as well as raising awareness of punk subculture and the values of tolerance and mutual support.

The music programme forms the heart of the festival. The line-up features bands from the domestic and international scene across punk, rock, HC, metal, ska, reggae, rockabilly and related genres. It is Slovakia's largest festival of this kind.

About: The Fialky

The Fialky have performed since 2000 as a Prague-based punk-rock outfit rooted in 77-style punk aesthetics. Their catalogue features Czech-language compositions exploring urban themes and reflects the influence of Ramones, Buzzcocks and Cock Sparrer. Working with the independent label Papagájův Hlasatel Records from 2006 onwards, the band has released six studio albums, four 7-inch records and a compilation of their most popular tracks. An IFPI gold certification awarded in March 2026 for the album Vykřičníky !!!! marked the first such recognition for a PHR Records title.

About: Nežfaleš

Nežfaleš, a Prague-based punk rock band established in 2002, features Radek Šedivý as frontman, lyricist and the sole original member still performing. The lineup includes guitarist Kráťa, bassist Moucha and drummer Petr Malý. Throughout more than two decades of activity, the group has issued numerous albums and performed hundreds of concerts throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia, establishing itself as a prominent fixture in the Czech punk scene.

Formed in 1990 in Brněnec, Pardubice region, Vision Days initially performed under the moniker WA:D before transitioning from their gothic-rock roots to ska-punk around 2001. Punk Floid is a Czech punk rock band from Zábřeh na Moravě that has been performing since 1999. The band's name is a humorous reference to Pink Floyd, and their musical approach combines British punk from the 1970s with melodic American punk of the 1990s. Stará puška is a smaller, more intimate offshoot of the north-Moravian rock band Staré pušky, which formed around 2010 from members of Degradace, Proti směru and Jeseník-based Naarden. The driving force is singer, guitarist and lyricist Sydney. In 2020 the band released the album Maminko, vzbuďte mě, až bude vidět moře.

Supertesla is a Czech heartland-punk band formed in 2016, split between Prague and Brno. The members came up through acts like Bombs From Heaven and The Fialky, and their sound draws on The Gaslight Anthem and Bruce Springsteen - all delivered in Czech.
