Proti směru are an Oi!/punk band from Opava, active since 2001 and among the longest-running clockwork punk acts in the Czech Republic. The band has released four studio albums and shared stages with genre legends such as Cockney Rejects. Frontman Bart describes them as the last genuine clockwork band on the Czech scene.
The band released an official music video for the song Bootboys, which was published on YouTube in September 2025.
Proti směru performed a concert in Náchod at the BassWood Republic club on November 15, 2025.
The band celebrated twenty years of existence with a tour alongside Staré pušky under the name Postaru tour.
