Into the Prehistoric History of Jewish Gravestones

A guided tour revealing the history hidden in gravestone carvings - their symbols, natural motifs, and fossils preserved directly in the stone. Participants will follow the traces of ancient seas and discover how prehistoric remains became part of the structure of historic gravestones.

Your guide will be paleontologist Štěpán Rak, who will explain the formation of fossils and their significance, and together with participants will conduct a small detective investigation into prehistoric times.
