An evening inspired by Italian aperitivo culture takes place on Saturday, 30 May at 18:00 in ČESTR Event Bar.

The programme includes a five-course tasting menu paired with traditional Italian cocktails and prosecco. Drinks and cocktails ambassador Lukáš Hanzl will oversee the beverages, while head chef Tomáš Kyba, in collaboration with the ČESTR Event Bar and Catering Morávek team, will prepare the gastronomic experience.

Tasting menu:
- Focaccia / grilled peach, burrata cheese, pine nuts
- Octopus / carrot, 'Nduja, blood orange
- Arancini / rice, shredded beef, saffron
- Vitello tonnato / veal, tuna, truffle
- Tiramisu / mascarpone, Disaronno, coffee
