Hey, Earth! - Cirk La Putyka - Moravian Farewell
Hey, Earth! is an experimental project by Cirk La Putyka and director Thomas Steyaert that blends movement theatre, new circus, and visual art. The performance explores the boundaries of human communication through acrobatic feats, minimalism, silence, and static imagery. A stage filled with objects that performers use to build and deconstruct the world around them opens space for imagination. Unlike traditional circus, one act does not follow another - the circus appears and disappears. The music is created by Jan Balcar and Veronika Linhartová. The performance builds on earlier Cirk La Putyka projects such as Black Black Woods and Hit, Tell the Difference.
The performance lasts 70 minutes and is suitable from age 10. It is partly in Czech and partly in English. Strobe lighting and loud music are used in several places - if you are sensitive to these stimuli, consider attending other productions. Entry to the auditorium will not be permitted after the performance begins.
One hour before the start, the INDUSTRA theatre bar will open and remain open after the performance depending on visitor interest.
