Japanese Ikebana Workshop

This workshop has been specially prepared for the Japanese Days at Průhonice Botanical Garden and is offered at a symbolic price thanks to the garden's support.

During the 60-minute workshop, you will learn the basic principles of the Sogetsu school and, under the guidance of experienced instructors, create your own seasonal ikebana arrangement. Ikebana emphasizes harmony, space, line, and the natural beauty of plants - each arrangement reflects the personality of its creator. The workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as those who want to try Japanese art or expand their floral design experience.

All plant material is included in the price, and vases and tools will be provided on site. You will be able to take your flowers and branches home after the workshop.
