Polish artist Amelia Kantor, one of the youngest voices in contemporary Polish art, presents her work in the Czech Republic for the first time. Her paintings and graphics capture various processes of material degradation, creating semi-abstract metaphorical compositions.

About the venue: Koncertní síň MKZ Uničov

The concert hall U Minoritů was created by converting the Gothic church of a former Minorite monastery founded in Uničov at the end of the 14th century. Emperor Ferdinand V donated the church to the town in 1844; it was closed after World War II and reconstructed into a concert hall during the 1970s, opening formally in 1983. The space also houses a gallery with an exhibition on the history of the Minorite order. Renowned chamber music performers appear here regularly, alongside exhibitions and other cultural events.
