ŽIVA Centrum Zdraví a Vzdělávání is a multifunctional wellness and education space housed in the former Burgas building on Nádražní street in Ostrava. It runs regular yoga, Pilates and SM system back-health classes alongside workshops, music programmes and relaxation events. Two therapy rooms are available for aromatherapy massage and physiotherapy. The centre focuses on connecting movement, health and personal development.
