An Evening with Cimbalom and Wine

The recipe never changes: cimbalom, wine, and an evening with friends. The programme features live cimbalom music from 20:00, wine tasting, and cocktails from a South Moravian distillery.

The cimbalom music is performed by Jožka Šmukař - a singer and presenter who has performed with the bands Moravanka and Brněnská Moravěnka and now tours throughout the Czech Republic and abroad. He has released over 30 CDs, with his last two cimbalom albums (A Glass of Wine with Friends and With Wine, About Wine) recorded directly in his own wine cellar.

The cocktail bar is run by a South Moravian distillery from Pálava, serving drinks including Farní Grepovka, Farní Mezek, Tomáš z Pálavy, and Západ nad Mikulášem - handcrafted gins made from herbs, fruits, and botanicals from the Pálava region. Wines are provided by CHÂTEAU VALTICE from Valtic and VINAŘSTVÍ KOVACS from Novosedel na Moravě.
