The Prague Philharmonia will perform at the Cathedral of St. Wenceslas in Olomouc under the baton of Jiří Habart.

The evening programme features Pavel Haas's String Study, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's motets Exsultate, jubilate, and Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 7. Soprano Veronika Rovná will perform the solo part in Mozart's work.

About the venue: Katedrála sv. Václava

St. Wenceslas Cathedral in Olomouc is one of the most important Gothic churches in Moravia. Its origins go back to the 12th century, though the current appearance largely reflects a neo-Gothic rebuilding in the 19th century. The tower, rising over 100 metres, defines the city skyline. The cathedral hosts regular services as well as occasional sacred music concerts.
