Strahov Stadium - From Stand to Stand

As part of Open House Prague, the Strahov Stadium - one of the world's largest sports stadiums - will open its doors. A guided tour will take participants to the presidential lounge, the western stand, and the galleries. Your guide will be Tom Bílý. Learn about the history of this colossal venue, which has hosted Sokol festivals, spartakiads, concerts, and military parades; the original section of the stadium is now under heritage protection.

The tour is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours. Group capacity is limited - tickets must be purchased in advance. If demand is low, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event no later than 48 hours before the start; ticket holders will be contacted and information will be published on the organizer's website.

The meeting point is in front of the gate of Strahov Stadium at the connecting bridge to Evžen Rošický Stadium. Parking in front of the gate (and under the bridge) is available and free of charge. If arriving by bus, note that part of the stadium must be walked around - there is no stop on the entrance side. An orientation map of the meeting point is available on the organizer's website; the guide's phone number will be provided on your ticket.

In certain areas, visitors must respect the condition of the building and follow the guide's instructions. Entry is at your own risk. Sturdy hiking boots are recommended - the surface is uneven and heels are completely unsuitable. There is a strict ban on entry with animals.
