The Vlčnov Men's Choir and Vlčnov hut artists organize, in cooperation with the Vlčnov Club of Sport and Culture and the Vlčnov Municipality, the 19th edition of Holiday Singing in the Huts. The event takes place on Saturday, July 25 from 4:30 PM in the area of the Vlčnov huts.

Hosted by Marcela Ulčíková, admission is voluntary and refreshments are provided.

About the venue: Sports and Culture Club Vlčnov

The Klub sportu a kultury Vlčnov (KSK) is a municipal organisation that has been running sports and cultural life in the village since 1977. Its multi-purpose building on the village square doubles as a gym and a social hall, used by the local primary school, sports clubs and folk ensembles alike. KSK also operates a tourist information centre for Eastern Slovácko and the Galerie na Měšťance, and is the main organiser of the Ride of the Kings - a folk festival held every year on the last weekend of May.

This 23-strong choir from Vlčnov keeps Slovácko folk songs alive in their original, unadorned form. They are a core ensemble at the Vlčnov Ride of the Kings (UNESCO) and the village's harvest singing celebrations.
