Čechomor performs in Boršice u Blatnice on Friday, 4 September 2026 with a concert in nature on the vineyards of Zlomek & Vávra winery. The family-run vineyard sits at the foot of the White Carpathians in the Slovácko wine region and was established in 2008. This is one of nine Czech dates on Čechomor's tour this year. The concert takes place in the beautiful setting of the vineyards, where music and landscape traditionally meet. The winery is run by four men from two families - brothers Libor and Radek Zlomek together with Tomáš and Petr Vávra.

About the venue: Víno ZLOMEK & VÁVRA s.r.o

Family winery Zlomek & Vávra was founded in 2008 in Boršice u Blatnice, at the foot of the White Carpathians in the Moravian Slovakia wine sub-region. Four men from two families run it today: brothers Libor and Radek Zlomek alongside Tomáš and Petr Vávra. Grapes are hand-picked from around 25 hectares of south-facing vineyards, and their Pinot Blanc 2011 took the champion title at the National Wine Competition. Since 2023 the winery grounds also host open-air concerts as part of the Hudba na vinicích series.

Čechomor, a Czech folk ensemble established in 1988 by Karel Holas and František Černý, specializes in performing Czech, Moravian and Slovak traditional music through contemporary arrangements. The group achieved major recognition with the 2001 album Proměny, produced by Jaz Coleman, which garnered three Anděl Awards and a Czech Lion award in 2002 for the soundtrack to Rok ďábla. The band has maintained an active touring schedule across Europe, North America, Australia and Asia for over three decades.

Čechomor released a new studio album Švarní šohajové on November 8, 2024, which combines Czech, Moravian, Silesian, and Rusyn folk songs with original compositions inspired by the Balkans and India.

The album Švarní šohajové was christened on December 1, 2024, at a concert in Prague's Hybernia Theatre as part of the Christmas Kooperativa Tour.

In spring 2025, the band embarked on the Spring Kooperativa Tour 2025 with the new album Švarní šohajové, which included 15 stops across the Czech Republic.
